Franz Xavier Bergman (1861-1936) Pair of Austrian cold painted bronze candle holders each in the form of Ibis storks standing by reeds. The green enamel paint of the reeds still bright. The white and black painted feathers slightly worn but still visible. The candleholders are set within the reeds. Fine hand finished detail, signed with 'B' in an amphora.' and stamped ?Geschutzt ?under each tail. Each measure approx 24.5cm high.
