French M1833 Naval Cutlass, blade 26.5", top of blade stamped in script "Manuff Ro de Chatellerault Aout 1894". Iron construction, bowl guard, iron grip. Anchor stamp to blade, has been silver painted at sometime. Requires a clean, but a decent example, no scabbard (some stored in ships in racks for immediate use without scabbard)
