Highland Officers Cross Hilted Broadsword by Marshall & Aitken of 25 George Street, Edinburgh. Slim double fullered, 33" blade. George V cypher to blade, wirebound fishskin grip. Crossguard with ball finials (some lifting of finish). Bun type pommel. Sword probably for Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders. In its steel scabbard with 2 hanging rings. Good quality sword.
