German Concentration camp interest an animal ? made whip, probably made in the camp, with vendors notes attached, "Whip SS Wardress Anna Friederike Mathilde Klein (nee Plaubel) Chief Female Warden at Ravensbruck concentration camp, she worked at the camp from 14th September until being promoted to Chief Oberaufseher the most senior female position (August 1943). Later sent to improve efficiency at KZ Sachsenhausen. Whip came via Heinrich Feisthauer an anti Nazi, Prisoner number 005600 who was at Sachsenhausen 1939-1945 and never managed to work again after torture & starvation post war. His family did not recognise him on his return. He died in 1966 and this whip with its attached history was given to the present vendor then serving in the British Army on the Rhine who met him before his death
