GB - mint and unmounted mint in Davo album from 1841 to 1970. A high cat value collection that demands closer inspection. A smattering of QV pre Jubilee set, some with minor faults or heavy hinge. Both 1887-1900 and 1902-1910 Jubilee sets, to 1/- and 2/6 respectively. EDVII some shades in addition. KGV Royal cypher wmk sets to 1/-, both 1912-22 and 1913 sets. Later issues nearly complete except for some Seahorses, those present with foxing or minor faults. KGVI high values, mostly mm but all present inc 2x dark blue 10s. Inverted and sideways wmks noted. Some Wilding stamps - 90% complete (1st Castle set NOT present), useful Admiralty officials as well as Royal Household 1d for 1902. Valuable lot. (Qty)
