Railway - Midland Railway Ambulance large silver medal awarded to Arthur Townrow for First Aid rendered at Ampthill Nov. 2nd. 1902 (hallmarked Birm. 1902 ) plus two silver St. John Ambulance related medals both dated 1922 and a silver plated St. John Ambulance medal to Arthur Townrow 88231 and twelve silver plated date bars from 1912 - 1923 also stamped 88231 - approximately 3oz in silver . The whole thing weighs 4 1/2oz approx (uncleaned).
