Pattern 1888 mark i type ii sword bayonet for the lee metford rifle with rare naval scabbard, dated 1891, with 12 in. double-edged chromed steel blade, ricasso with queen's crown with 'vr' under, issue date of '8 '94' plus many inspector's marks and reissue dates, with broad arrow, 'wd', inspection mark and bend test 'x' over, chromed steel cross-guard and hilt with inspection marks, pommel stamped '683', together with a p1903 mk iii naval scabbard, all in good, clean condition with clear markings.
