Well written up and researched with photocopies of enlarged postmarks. 1796 Chippenham to London with three circled paid postmarks in red. Various entires/covers, PAID double tombstone cancel with black 'Moorgate St 1p paid' handstamp of 1845, 1813 Eastbourne to London with 8d mark (60 to 80 miles), 1812 Kensington to Greenwich with '3' mark (up to 15 miles), 1841 1d black on entire a 3 margin example with light MX in red, Brigg to Lincoln. Other include 'Too Late', large red 1 pd paid handstamp, Hull 1855 'spoon' type cancel, etc. Super lot. (qty)
