Flintlock New Land Pistol with a plain New Land lock, barrel 9", bore .69". Lock with Crown over "G.R.". Tail of lock marked "Tower". Brass furniture and butt cap, captive rammer, barrel with view and proof marks. Stock stamped "I.R.". Brass "S" sideplate lock with ring neck cock, crisp on both 1st and 2nd cock. A fine Napoleonic Wars service pistol.
