Italian M1860, WW1 Heavy Cavalry Sword, heavy s/edged fullered blade with spear point. Ricasso marked "S & K" (Schnitzler & Kirschbaum, Solingen). Blade 35", steel bowl guard with teardrop cut-out. Wirebound ribbed grip, in its steel scabbard with medium to heavy pitting to scabbard & guard. Blade good with no pitting. Large impressive piece
