Artillery Officers 1821 Pattern Sword GV by Gaunt & Son. Late Edward Thurkle, London & B'Ham. Blade 33", initials "R.C.S. M-S" etched in panel on blade. Sword in collector grade condition, fine blade, wirebound fishskin grip & steel guard. in its leather field service scabbard with sword frog. Sword formerly the property of Major Robert Charles Stuart Morrison-Scott DSO Royal Marine Artillery.
