Masonic, military related, United Service Lodge No. 3473, E.C. silver gilt & enamel medal (has several chips to the enamel) - still a very attractive and unusual item. Back engraved Bro. S.J. Apted - hallmarked I.S. Birm. 1910 (poss. this was the S.J. Apted who died on 31st. July, 1917 during WW1).
