Sword an outstanding 1827 Pattern Naval Officers Sword by Wilkinson Sword. Top of 31" inch blade numbered "110731", EiiR cypher. In immaculate condition. Gilt brass hilt, in its leather scabbard, with oil skin type carrying case. Formerly the property of Lt Commander P Chant, Submarine Service. Family states his original sword was stolen along with his uniform on a train journey.
