USA Colonial, VOCE POPULI Halfpenny 1760, scarce type with P below bust. Here the P is triple-engraved, and over another letter (perhaps R?). Some of the letters in legends are double or triple-attempted including the E of VOCE, the O of POPULI, and the H and A of HIBERNIA. This is type Nelson 11, but the 'P' is 'on flan' to the extent that you can see evidence of an under-letter. An exceptionally nice specimen, EF or perhaps AU by American grading, one small edge nick obv. left edge.
