Antoninus Pius bronze drachm of Alexandria, Egypt, obverse:- Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust, right, reverse:- Nilus reclining left, resting of left elbow, which supports reed, in right hand a cornucopiae from which issues the small figure of genius, holding wreath in right hand, on shore below to right crawls a crocodile, in field to the left 'L' = year 13 = 150 A.D., with even black-green patina, these are rare in this grade, GVF
