Bayonet - a Pattern 1879 Artillery Sawback bayonet, blade approx 26", saw section approx 9". Ricasson stamped "7/85" (July 1885) and on reverse bend test 'X', W/D arrow and inspection marks. Bar hilt with sword knot slot, knurled black leather grips, in its steel mounted leather scabbard. Pommel stamped "11" with faint sold out of service mark. Good original piece
