Victory Medal (8403 A.C.Sjt E J Crabb Bord R). Entitled the DCM and MM with IGS for Waziristan 1921-1924. DCM with the 7th Bn L/G 2/12/1919 (Kentish Town) "For marked gallantry and able leadership during the attack on the Forat de Mormal on 4/11/1918. Under heavy hostile machine gun fir he ralied two sections which had become disorganised and successfully led them around the flank of the machine gun position. By bringing intense fire to bear on them he caused the garrison to surrender and capture the machine gun, thereby enabling the company to continue the advance. He did excellent work through out the operations". MM L/G 17/6/1919 Sch No 222164 RP No 68/121/822 one of 4 awards of the MM to 7th Bord Regt on this schedule for the Battle of the Selle 23/10/1918.
