Rifled Enfield Carbine c1851, tail of lock with "Enfield" and "1851" with crown VR to tail of lockplate, barrel 20": bore .685". Fixed rearsight, fullstock with 2 barrel bands, with tulip type ramrod. Breech pitted from residue left by caps when fired. Possibly a carbine conversion of a P53 Enfield Rifle. Lock in GWO on both cocks. Carbine in good overall condition. No licence required
