Fine Queen Anne, boxlock, flintlock belt pistol by premier maker Mortimer of London. Turn off Cannon barrel 5" (to turn off) 6" (to touch hole). Ring neck cock operates on both 1st and 2nd cock. Bag shaped walnut grips with inlaid silver wire decoration, action panels engraved "Mortimer" and "London", with acanthus scrolling, proof and view marks to underside of breech, sliding trigger guard safety. In fine condition, a sleeper.
