Boer War Martini Henry rifle cartridges from the siege of Mafeking: Group of three with different head-stamps: R /I\ L above CI = Royal Laboratories Cordite Mark I; G.K. above B = George Kynoch / Birmingham; unmarked - believed to be of Boer manufacture. The cases were disposed of in the 1980s by the Mafeking Museum. Fully inert with fired primers.
