Airship interest. Rare souvenir framed photograph of the R100 trip to Canada. The photograph is titled and stamped 'From St Hubert Airport, Montreal to Cardington England Aug. 13 1930. Airship R100 GFAAV'. The photograph being an aerial shot taken above the R100 whilst it was in flight. The border to this photograph is signed by the R100 Captain R S Booth AFC along with Lt commander Sir C Dennistoun Burney, Wing Commander R.B.B. Colmore OBE and Major G Herbert Scott OBE AFC. The frame is 20in. x 21.5in. with the photo being 12 x 9 inches. Ex Kirch collection Wallis and Wallis 2012, Lot 563.
